6、 The coating of mold release agent on the sticking and pitting surface is uneven, which causes local sticking on the outer wall of the pipe, and the concrete on the cement pipe mold wall is not adhered cleanly, which may cause honeycombs and pits on the outer wall of the pipe if the mixture is too dry or the storage time is too long, or the cement has rapid solidification, and no measures are taken in this process.
7、 During the hydraulic test of water seepage cement pipes, the water seepage of pipes is the cause of appearance defects and the centrifugal non compaction of pipe core concrete. Honeycomb pits, mud leakage and sand exposure in the hydraulic test are prone to water seepage. The core concrete is not dense because the sand is too fine or the centrifugal time is not enough.
