Construction:
The intelligent monitoring system is divided into public equipment operation settings and modular operation settings.
The operation of public equipment is set as common basic parameters and common control.
Common basic parameters: heating temperature setting, humidifying humidity setting, dehumidifying temperature/humidity setting, basic parameters of refrigerant, equipment power setting and equipment current power setting.

Public control:
It is composed of refrigeration pump, dehumidifier, humidification pump, spray pump, etc., and can be used for fault indication, ambient temperature and humidity monitoring, and auxiliary equipment current setting/indication.
The module cabinet is divided into 21 controllers, corresponding to 21 kilns, and each maintenance unit is 55KW. There are internal fans, electric heating 1 and 2 in the control box. It also consists of fresh air valve and dehumidification valve.
According to the work needs, the temperature and temperature control parameters can be selected, and can be changed and adjusted appropriately. At present, the temperature is set at about 45 degrees. In the process of air exhaust, according to the up and down blowing of the fan, the wind speed will be sent to the kiln mouth pipeline, and the up and down wind will be sent to 8 exhaust outlets respectively to realize the maintenance of the curing kiln.
