4. Before the pipe is connected with the machine, it is necessary to prevent the opposite force, and check the parallelism and coaxiality of the flange in the free state.
5. The safety valve shall be installed vertically and adjusted in time when it is put into trial operation. The safety valve shall be adjusted on the system, and the opening and reseating pressure shall comply with the provisions of the design documents.
6. Before valve installation, check its model according to the design document, and determine its installation direction according to the flow direction of the medium. When the valve is connected with the pipeline by flange or thread, the valve shall be installed in the closed state; If it is installed by welding, the valve shall not be closed.
7. Temporary replacement of instrument elements: all instrument elements shall be replaced by temporary elements during installation, and they shall be formally installed after pressure test, flushing and purging, and before feeding.
